Tonight is the night that the chef's of small, independent restaurants in Dallas are going to converge on the Farmer's Market wholesale division. We can't arrive until after midnight, so a few glasses of refreshment at a Deep Ellum establishment, should start the night off right.
I will take some pics and post them here for your viewing enjoyment. It is the peak of the growing season in Texas, so I am anxious to see what might show up in the middle of the night on the back of Farmer X's truck. It may be on the plate tomorrow!

Hello friends...Janice here. I thought I would try this blog thing since my buddy Chad thinks it is the wave of the future... a great way to communicate and be a part of the community. That is what we are all about, so it makes sense.
